Perfect for beginners and advanced, RPM is a 45 minute indoor studio cycle class. You ride to inspirational music over the equivalent of 20-25 kilometers of varied terrain. You control the intensity of your workout with a resistance dial and pedal speed. Fitness, fat burning and toning all in one class – no coordination necessary!

Les mills Core

Exercising muscles around the core, provides the vital ingredient for a stronger body. All the moves in Les Mills Core have options, so it’s challenging but achievable for your own level of fitness. During the 30-minute, or 45-minute workouts, trained instructors guide you through correct technique as you work with resistance tubes and weight plates, as well as body weight exercises like crunches, and hovers. You will also get into some hip, glute and lower back exercises.

 BODYSTEP® – a full-body cardio workout to really tone your butt and thighs.
Expect a mixture of upbeat, rhythmic stepping, with squat and lunge patterns to work the legs. Combine this with movements like burpees, push-ups and weight plate exercises, and the result is a fun, uplifting, full-body workout! Don’t worry, there’s heaps of options so that everyone leaves feeling successful..

zumba

Is a 1hr total body workout. Combining high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations that allows participants to dance their worries away. Based on a principal that a workout should be fun and easy to do achieving long term health benefits.

bootcamp

Bootcamp is a form of body conditioning or endurance training or resistance training using high-intensity. It targets strength building or muscular endurance fun and safe class designed for everyone!

Ideal for anyone and everyone, Body Balance is a blend of Tai Chi, yoga and mat pilates. Set to beautiful music, and incorporating mindfulness and breath, leave feeling calm, centred and happy. Perfect for improving flexibility, reducing stress and focusing the mind all in a holistic workout.

It’s the fastest way to shape up and lose body fat. BODYPUMP® is a toning and conditioning class with weights and is for just about everybody. It’s perfect for both males and females who want to add strength training into their aerobic workout.

For a full class, check out the 55-minute version, or if a little short on time, there are options for 30 or 45-minute classes as well.

A fun-loving, insanely addictive dance workout. Les Mills Dance is an ego-free zone – no dance experience required. All you need is a playful attitude and a cheeky smile so forget being a wallflower – even if you walk in thinking you can’t, you’ll walk out knowing you can!  Les Mills Dance is available as a either a 45 or 30-minute workout.

Is the empowering cardio workout where you totally unleash. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, kickboxing, taekwondo, tai chi and muay thai. Supported by driving music you will kick, punch, strike and kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness.

Les Mills GRIT. Available in 30 minute HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) classes.

GRIT Strength uses barbell & body weight to blast all the major muscle groups, designed to improve strength cardio fitness & build muscle.

GRIT Cardio using a variety of bodyweight exercises to improve cardio fitness, increase speed and maximise the calorie burn.

GRIT Athletic uses a step, and bodyweight exercises and focusing on multi-dimensional aports conditioning training to build athletic performance: strength, agility, speed and power.

A high-energy fitness class suitable for beginners, to the hardcore. Combining athletic moves like running, lunging & jumping along with body weight strength exercises, you'll be feeling the cardio fitness, agility and experiencing that aerobic burn.

a 30-minute HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workout using an indoor bike to achieve fast results. 
It's a short, intense style of training where the thrill and motivation comes from pushing your physical and mental limits. A high intensity, low impact workout like this is perfect for those seeking high intensity cardio, but who's joints struggle with jumping and running. 

It combines bursts of intensity where you work as hard as possible, with periods of rest to prepare for the next effort.
