BODYPUMP®
It’s the fastest way to shape up and lose body fat. BODYPUMP® is a toning and conditioning class with weights and is for just about everybody. It’s perfect for both males and females who want to add strength training into their aerobic workout.
BODYSTEP®
A simple, athletic and fun workout using an adjustable step platform to step up and down to uplifting music. Some of the benefits include toning for the lower body, increased cardio fitness and coordination.
BODYATTACK®
Is a cardiovascular interval training program that combines high intensity aerobics, strength and stabilization exercises. BODYATTACK® is a rapid calorie burner that delivers fast improvement in general endurance and an increase in overall body strength.
BODYCOMBAT®
Is the empowering cardio workout where you totally unleash. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, kickboxing, taekwondo, tai chi and muay thai. Supported by driving music you will kick, punch, strike and kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness.
R.P.M.®™
Perfect for beginners and advanced, RPM is a 45 minute indoor studio cycle class. You ride to inspirational music over the equivalent of 20-25 kilometers of varied terrain. You control the intensity of your workout with a resistance dial and pedal speed. Fitness, fat burning and toning all in one class – no coordination necessary!
BODYBALANCE®
The yoga, tai chi and pilates workout that leaves you feeling long, strong, centered and calm. A must for everyone!
BOXFIT
The hottest new group fitness class. Real boxing using gloves and focus mitts. Thump and kick your way to fitness in a fun and safe class designed for everyone!
FITBALL
The full body toning class that focuses on core stability, strength and great posture. A fun class that will appeal to everyone looking for the perfect abs, butt and thighs. Also great for strengthening back muscles!
KICKBOXING
it may be time to kick your way to one of the hottest workouts around. Kickingboxing is a hybrid of boxing, martial arts and aerobics that offers an intense cross-training and total body workout.
PILATES
Emphasizes the balanced development of the body through core strength, flexibility, and awareness in order to support efficient, graceful movement.
STRONGMAN
Is a strength and conditioning system built on constantly varied, if not randomized, functional movements executed at high intensity. One hell of a Workout.
ZUMBA
Combines high energy and Motivating music with unique moves & combinations that allow the zumba participants to dance their worries away. It is based on the principle that a workout should be "FUN and EASY to do" allowing zumba participants to stick to the zumba fitness program and achieve long term health benefits.
We welcome all new participants to our classes. Please arrive 5 minutes early to receive a short introduction about the class to ensure your safety. Please note we need a minimum of 5 participants for the class to proceed.
